All our accessories, clothing are brand new and unused.

Used vinyl´s are protected with brand new inner sleeves and artwork sleeves, used cd album and singles in jewel case always delivered in a brand new jewel case.

Grading System

Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.

Near Mint (NM) – Same but I’d tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.

Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.

Very Good (VG) – It’s seen a bit of life, but is still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches. You can still listen to it and enjoy looking at it, but it is visually and audibly USED.

Good (G) – To be honest you’re making trouble for yourself here, as Good means Bad. We only be selling something really desirable in this condition, with a bargain price and a full, no holds barred description to match.

Poor (P) – Attempting to listen will be a disturbing experience. Expect major noise issues, skipping or repeating. The record itself is cracked, badly warped and has deep scratches. The cover is also approaching death.

We take grading very seriously, and grade conservatively. We do our best to represent items accurately. However we are human and we can make errors. If your opinion may differ from ours please contact us to discuss. We will be happy to help.

When you place your order you can see if the product is available in stock or available for pre-order. If the product is out of stock you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket.

There may sometimes be mistakes with the availability information. In those case´s we will contact you and ask you how we should handle the situation.

Item prices displayed include VAT, but not any delivery fees unless otherwise noted.
Please note that the delivery fee is shown as VAT 0% subtotal in the shopping cart and checkout.
Nevertheless, the VAT (when applicable) to the order is calculated correctly in the checkout grand total.

Shipping Options
Our standard shipping refers to regular shipping. It does not include shipping overnight, tracking or any special provisions to deliver products fast. Usually, standard shipping is cheaper and done via surface couriers.

First Class shipping provides tracking where is acceptable and is available for all of our packages, this option is slightly more expensive but you keep track on where the package is every step on the way to you.

Please check with your local post office about estimated delivery time from Finland for your choice of option above to get an estimated time frame for delivery that meets your requests before placing the order.

Fulfilled orders are processed mainly in 24 hours after receiving the order (on business days). All orders will be shipped in one package from our warehouse when the whole order is ready to be sent. This might add some extra days to shipping but no longer than 7 business days from receiving the order at the latest.

If any item(s) is out of stock they will automatically be put on backorder. A Fulfilled Order means an order with all items in stock at the moment and the payment accepted.

NOTE! Shipment within Finland 1-2 working days, Nordic countries 2-5 working days, rest of Europe 5-8 working days & rest of the world 8-14 working days - DOUBLE NOTE! - Due to the ongoing worldswide situation in relation to the COVID-19 , we would like to inform that even though we are doing our best to maintain business as usual & keep our short turn around times, because of external factors like shipping, delays from suppliers, etc. there might be slight delays.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during shipping. 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select FIRST CLASS shipping service to follow the shipment the whole way from us to you with a tracking number.

Kindly note, refused or undelivered shipments returned back to us are not considered as authorized customer returns.

We only accept online payments with credit card, PayPal or Klarna.

Klarna Bank Invoice/Installment credit payment is only available to customers residing in Finland. When you choose to pay with Klarna, you can choose whether you want to pay for your purchase later or split it over time. With Klarna's invoicing service, you can pay after 14 days. You can also pay in installments for your purchases, so that you can make larger purchases and spread the cost over time. Descriptions of the Credit and the Creditor details are provided to the customer when choosing to use this payment option.

Returns & Exchanges
All our goods have a full 14-day (from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, and the buyer pay return shipping, excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products (e.g. earplugs), gift certificates, tickets, clearance sale, signed items, and outlet product, please see product page for return accept or not on each product. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, contact our customer service immediately.

We won't return money if your DVD player doesn't support the disc. Please read the manual of your player before ordering. All our Blue Rays, DVDs and VHS are in region code 2, PAL format, unless stated otherwise! However, the bonus DVDs included on some of the CDs are usually region code 0. If you're unsure, just send email to [email protected] and ask about it!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. With recordings (e.g. CD's or DVD's) the shrink wrap and possible seal have to remain unopened. If there were e.g. hair, pet hair or stains on the returned product, we will not accept the return.

Once your return shipment is received and item(s) inspected, we will send you an email to keep you up to date about the processing.

Always ask for a receipt for the return shipment from the post office.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time but no later than within a month after we have received the return shipment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email and credit card, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us.
